What do I recommend?
I've had a lot of emailed questions as to which blades I
recommend, own, and/or dislike. I think I've made quite a few recommendations in
my pages. I've also given quite a few poor ratings to certain blades and blade
types. On this page, I'll merely show you a few great blades I happen to own.
Some of these are blades that I made, and some are no longer made and are collectors items.
Here is a good sampling of my personal collection (fixed blades only). These range greatly in price/value, BUT... all are blades that I trust for hard outdoor use. Some go out with me regularly, and there are those that are now a bit too valuable to beat up!
